Comment: I bought this to use on the days that I don't do weights. It's wonderful. When you first view it you'll think that the exercises are so easy it can't possibly do anything. Surprise! It's very thorough. You really get a good workout. Sarah keeps you going for almost a full hour and you really feel good when you're done. I've tried so many exercise tapes, but this is one I really like. I just wish she would do another one.
