Customer Rating:      Summary: Great Workout Comment: I have had a heart attack and am trying to get my stamina and health in good shape. Patrick Goudeau's workout is well paced and effective. Patrick has a very pleasant delivery and I do recommend this for getting in shape regardless of your current condition. I started out being pretty conservative/slower than the workout, but have progressed and keep up pretty well at this point.
Customer Rating:      Summary: Party in a box! Comment: Cardio ball workouts are hard to come by, and this is a real gem! Patrick is an instructor who is fun, charming, and puts together a workout that you look forward to doing again and again! It feelsl like you;re working out with a good buddy. I use choreography from this DVD in workouts I teach to middle school and high school kids to help get them excited about fitness in general. You'll have a great time and get fit! Music is good. There is a warm up, 3 cardio sections, and a cooldown. Finish off with some great toning using the ball. Very easy to break up if you don't have a full hour to work out. I've done Patrick's other 2 cardio balls workouts, and my opinion is that this is the best of a VERY good bunch!

Cardio-speed stability ball exercises that also integrate balance and core strength. Patrick's contagious enthusiasm keeps you motivated while the fast pace and non-stop movement keeps you burning fat. It's all fun and effective (and a little easier to follow than Patrick's earlier programs). Most moves are done seated on the ball, from simple up-and-down bounces to grapevines, jacks, shuffles and criss-cross legs. In addition, Patrick includes a variety of holding-the- ball standing moves, and even rapid rolling-on-the-ball push-up motions (which really engage your arms and core). The ending segment is Pilates-based abwork on the ball. Requires a stability ball. Running time is 61 minutes.
