Summary: Fun Dance Workout
Comment: This Denise Austin is a fun way to workout and sometimes not feel like you are working out. It did take me a week to learn the cardio routine, but now I can do it with ease and have fun. It doesn't matter if you do the same arm movements, it is about having fun and dancing with your own flair.
There is a nice warm up and cool down option, and an optional stretching to increase the workout. You will get a great fun cardio workout.

Comment: I bought this under the impression it was a DANCE workout video, hence the name...However I was disappointed in more ways than one. The music in the background was so low you can barely hear it..And you aren't so much dancing, than doing dance moves at a slower pace. This not a video I would recommend.

Comment: I love this exercise video! I think it is one of the best exercise videos by Denise Austin.
It took for me a while to learn steps, but... I love challenges! Very beautiful view in the back. You feel that you are part of the group that you see on a screen.
I have at least a dozen of Denise Auston videos and I use all of them!

Summary: Would buy more
Comment: I love Denise Austin's workouts. They are the most effective workouts, that I have tried. I saw results in 2 weeks, when Denise says you should see results in 6 weeks. This workout is great, it gets you really worked out. I love the strength sculpting part, it really tones those tough areas. She is very encouraging.. You Are Worth IT.. :oD

Comment: I was pretty disappointed with this dvd. I expected this workout to really get me moving as well as be fun. I was very disappointed. Denise gives little to no instruction on the steps before expecting you to do them "with her" and I thought the moves were more goofy aerobics than dancing. She also needs to work on her counting, on several occasions she says "ok one more time!" and goes through the pattern 6 more times. It did get me out of breath, but because I couldnt stop laughing, not because I was breaking a sweat. All in all, I wish I hadnt bought it, it was a waste of money.
