Summary: Great Message but awful messengers!
Comment: A very dissapointing DVD with all of the right information but very poorly produced. An ineffective tool for raw education and sharing. Sadly, it looks like an amateur effort and in fact some of the characters highlighted are not very credible at all. Sorry!

Summary: Educational, Informative, and powerful!
Comment: To fully appreciate this material, you have to be already on the search for a new way of living that reflect your spirituality. I have tried all kinds of foods and diets and never fail to get tired of them after a while. Nothing seemed totally satisfying and lasting for me. I was so tired of the conventional food and living that I wished that I'd stop eating at together.
I was drawn to the living raw food diet. And I am glad that I found the DVD that gave me the extra boost to transition to this exciting life style. It seems like meant to be - I already purchased a very powerful Vitamix blender last year not knowing anything about its potential applications. With the addition of a dehydrator I'll be well on my way to a more conscious and conscientious living.
Buy the DVD. It's very well made and nicely done. I am sure you'll love it like I did.

Comment: After paying for various DVD's on Raw Food, and getting very little info. that was obvious and repetitive with an unprofessional quality - I FINALLY, found something worth watching!! This truly was a very informative and refreshingly professional DVD. I enjoyed it and felt that it covered a lot of info and was done in a very entertaining informative way (not boring). I did have a hard time finding 1 of the ingredients for a recipe I had wanted to try but overall I highly recommend it.

Comment: having been a vegan for over 30 years i was very impressed with the dvd.. not only was it incredibly informative, but i learned alot... THERE IS NOTHING LIKE LIVING FOOD!! now i can put my blenders and dehydrators to good use!

Comment: I have struggled for many years with my weight and depression. But, everything changed when I found the Raw Food Diet. It wasn't even a month before I began to shed my weight and become a more happy and energetic person. Living raw is not only good for your body, it's good for your soul. I truly believe I found the answer!
