Summary: Great for all levels
Comment: I decided to purchase this video after attending Golden Bridge Yoga where Gurmukh teaches. I haven't worked out in ages and wanted to ease into yoga before taking the more rigorous live classes. This was the perfect stepping stone as I'm able to move at my own pace. Kundalini yoga not only works on flexibility, it also helps with strength and also includes meditation - the perfect balance for me. I would DEFINITELY recommend this video.

Comment: This is a classic. I like to do this one best in the morning when my energy is high. It jump starts the day in a glorious way, and I swear after this dvd it's like there's just no stopping me. I own alot of kundalini dvd's and I practice nearly every day and this is among my favorites. Though it is more calisthenic than some sets on other dvd's, it does leave you with that great spiritual feel......that special yoga glow. I love Gurmuhk's style.

Comment: I was skeptical about getting this DVD worrying it might be too "out there" but it isn't. The instruction, music and setting is awesome. I think it will be quite awhile before I grow tired of this set of exercises. Thank you Gurmukh!
