Summary: I enjoy this practice
Comment: I have had this practice in my collection for a few years. I enjoy it. It is very fast paced, and I do break a sweat with it even though it is only 20 minutes. I would say it is a little too hard for beginners, so some yoga experience would be ideal. But a good, quick workout and I always feel great afterwards.

You probably will not like this if you like to hold the poses for a very long period of time. On the other hand, if you like a flowing, fast-paced practice that is more challenging than meditative...this is for you.

Summary: good work out. but little too fast.
Comment: I always thought that Yoga suppose to be more relaxe.. but his up and down and up and down with the same routine, I felt a bit dizzy after a while.
some of many moves really help to stretched my body after all.

Comment: I've been practicing yoga for about 5 years now. Rodney quickly moves through his most common poses. The workout is short so don't expect to break a sweat. I enjoy this DVD workout when I just want a quick stretch.

Summary: I recommend anything of Rodney's...
Comment: A few years ago I had a sudden "tweak" in my back (no preexisting issues... "just happened") and the next thing I knew I couldn't twist, sit, bend, etc. I'm on the fence between Western and holistic medicine and have a great doctor who helps me navigate through treatment/prevention items as appropriate. She "prescribed" AM/PM Yoga (the first video I bought) to get my back "back in shape" and to move from there. There's a few good yoga videos out there by other instructors... but I've never had one of Rodney's that I didn't completely enjoy (and feel the benefits of) from beginning to end. Good "prevention" and good "treatment."
