Summary: Not only for those with yoga experience
Comment: I disagree with the reviewers who said that you need experience with yoga before doing this workout; I think it is doable for anyone with good core strength. I like working my abs in a variety of ways, for example Pilates like Quick Fix - Pilates Abs Workout, gym-style like Kari Anderson's Curl and non-traditional like Mindy Mylrea: All About Abs. So I thought I'd throw some yoga into the mix.

I have minimal experience with yoga, but Sara makes it accessible. She starts off with some standing work to warm up your core (because the DVD is chaptered, you can skip this section if you are already warm from another workout). She then moves into some challenging poses alternated with stretches. I like it that this workout focuses on slow, controlled movements which makes a nice change from fast-paced workouts like the ones mentioned above.

The DVD is filmed outdoors in Hawaii and the music complements the workout. Sara cues well and is gently encouraging. This workout definitely has a place in my collection as a change of pace from my other ab workouts.

Summary: One of my favorites
Comment: Its a good video becuase its has easy parts, and more challanging parts! So it great for the beginers and the more advanced! I DONT agree with the review that said it was for only for beginers!! I'm not a beginer! And there were some parts that were challanging for me!! Shes not cheesy and got a great bod! I plan to get all of her DVD'S

Summary: Good Moves
Comment: I like this DVD. It starts with a stretch in obliques and works your upper and lower abs. Alls the moves are yoga moves and the breathing is accordingly. Sara keeps reminding you to inhale and exhale at the right time.
There are a couple challenging moves.
However, the DVD is exactly 18 min excluding her two min talk.
I expected a bit more of workout than talk.
Overall, worth for the $10.00 if you follow it regularly.

Summary: great ab workout
Comment: This is a great workout for the abs in 20 minutes. This is a challenging routine that is not for the very beginner. Using this video everyday will give you a tighter stomach. There are a couple poses that are shown in full strength that are very challenging for the intermediate practitioners, that rely on major arm strength. This is a great video for people who want to work out but don't have much time. Also see sara ivanhoes other 20 minute videos.

Summary: Need "for beginners" in title
Comment: I just started working out 5 weeks ago and this DVD was too easy. They should have a disclaimer “for beginners” on the title. The moves were simple and the DVD was too short. But even if it had been longer than 20 minutes it was not much of a work out.

It was also kind of cheesy as some of the moves she put her hands in prayer position and then she can call it yoga for abs.
