Summary: A disappointment
Comment: This video offers very few details on self-defense. It consists mainly of a repetitive (dull and easy) workout and does not provide much information on APPLYING what few techniques are shown. There has to be better self-defense instruction out there. I've gotten more information from random e-mail than I did in this.
