Comment: I was looking for something that had South Beach as I had wanted to try it. This book has it all. The food guide is great as well as all the recipes included for each phase. There's also a question and answer section and you can pick and choose what section to read as it applies to you. There's also a workout section - I haven't used that - but if you don't have your own workout system - this one seems easy to do. Explanations for why you eat what you eat are helpful as well. All in all - great value for the money.
