Summary: OK, but confusing to do without individual instruction
Comment: I like the book in theory, but I really couldn't make the exercises practical for some reason. i couldn't figure out how to do many of them correctly or without pain (the "this doesn't seem right" pain). Next time around, I'd rather take a class with someone talking me through what should be where. I don't know, the book just didn't work well for me.

Summary: best pregnancy book out there
Comment: I am a Pilates teacher who recently has three pregnant students. I reviewed many books from my library system and found this one of the absolute best value and advice. Be careful what you read can be extremely contradictory with pilates(which works the abdominal muscels) and pregnancy. This book is sensible and safe. You will certainly get your moneys worth. It is a great reference book for teacher. Have it in your studios.
