Summary: Delmar Learning 2nd Edition CD-Rom
Comment: There seems to be a mix up within amazon catalog. I purchased this CD-rom and I purchased the book as well. Both items have the SAME ISBN AND UPC. I tried to leave a review of the book and it brings me to the CD-ROM and when I go to leave a reveiw for the CD-ROM it brings me to the book. The book comes with a disk but its no where and well put together as the CD-rom. The CD-ROM comes in a clam shell case like a DVD would. Its got its own paper slip and insert ? Two clearly different items. ..... REVIEW OF THE CD-ROM, The CD-rom which I paid $260.95 from Amazon is a great visual aid that really helped in preping for tests, Easy to use menu and easy to quickly find what I was looking for. The book is not as helpful and to tell you the truth we rarely used it in class. The DVD-ROM CD-ROm could be put in my laptop any time during class so I could see better what the teacher was talking about. Cant do that with a book, I loved this CD-ROm or DVD what ever its called. I am keeping this and trading the book and the disc that comes in the back of that book. This is by far one of the best CD-ROM's I have ever owned for class work !

Summary: fantastic book...easy to learn from
Comment: Yeah...this book was great. it has a lot of pictures, uses definitions that are easy for the average person to learn from. the chapter review excersizes are also a great summary to show you what was most important in the text. there are a few minor typos in the reviews...so just double check with the text which is usually correct. definitely worth the money and a good book to use if you're taking a college class, like me!

Summary: Made it easy to learn
Comment: These books are set up well. Very well organized and easy to learn from. Do wish it had one list of all the words to go from. The accompanying CD is almost worthless - very basic games/activites & always the same - lucky for me our teacher made the test straight from it, however! Our "sister" class - same material, different teacher - didn't have it so lucky. They all said the CD was useless.
There is a website (look up Delmar Learning) that is a tad more helpful than the CD.

Summary: Fantastic Quick Reference
Comment: I have really enjoyed using this text. It is easy to read and is careful to fully explain both the definitions, the pronounciation, and provide a descption of the most common ailments for each body system studied. It is definetly a keeper both for my class now and for future reference.
