Customer Rating: Summary: Unhappy Customer Comment: I purshased a book that has not ever been deliverd. When I contacted Woody's they said a replacement shippment would be sent, however it has not been deliverd either. When I asked for a refund they told me to return the item and I would get a refund. Again I have no item to return. I will never use this site again and strongly recomend you dont either. They will take your $ and send you nothing!!!
Customer Rating: Summary: Wow! This book is great! Comment: This book has been so helpful! I am a nursing student and this is very helpful on my case study assignments and also in writing care plans. Everyone always wants to use this book when we break up into groups. It gives a nursing diagnosis, goals & interventions. It also has standard nursing Dx that apply to medical Dx. It's pretty small (maybe 10" x 8") and fits easily in a tote bag when I go to my clinical sites. Overall great book!
Customer Rating: Summary: Where are the rationales? Comment: I should have paid attention to the other reviewer. There are very few rationales in this book. If you are a student and need to provide a rationale for every diagnosis, then this book is NOT for you. I don't understand why the word "rationale" is even in the title. I think it's some kind of ploy to get someone to buy the book. The book is good for Nanda Diagnosis listings. It's nice and compact. But if you need individual rationales, you're better off getting a care plan book. The author even tells the reader to do that in the foreword. Too late for me, I bought the book already. I'm going to return it today.
Customer Rating: Summary: Nurses pocket guide. Comment: Every student nurse should have one of these. Has everything you need for those care plans no one uses anymore.
