Summary: I was happy to find the workout journal...
Comment: ... but wish it gave me more room to write down my workout style. I don't lift weights in a certain number of reps so if your exercise is different (like mine) this workout journal might be tough for you too. I wish it was more of a day planner of what workout you actually did that day instead of asking questions about what machine you used and what not.

Summary: Terrible layout
Comment: This is an attractive little journal. Unfortunately, the layout is ridiculous. It would be very difficult to record actual workout activities in this journal. It has adequate room for cardio training. The strength training sections are silly - room is provided to record only two exercises per day.
